J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the District Level School Kalolsavam, 2012-2013 in Folk Dance event. This Court, by interim order dated 03.12.2012, permitted the petitioner to participate in the said event.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits that going by the result, the petitioner is only serial No.4 having obtained 243 marks whereas the 1st candidate has got 251 marks and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th candidates have obtained 243 marks each.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
