Section 2(1)(g) in The North Cachar Hills Autonomous Districts (Administration of Justice) Rules, 1955

(g)"Executive Committee" means the Executive Committee of the North Cachar Hills District Council constituted under the Assam Autonomous Districts (Constitution of District Councils) Rules, 1951, and the terms "Chief Executive Member" and "Member of the Executive Committee" shall be construed accordingly;
