(1)The [Gujarat Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Bombay Revenue Tribunal' by Gujarat Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1960.] in appeal under Section 109 and in revision under Section 111 may confirm, modify or rescind the order in appeal or revision or its execution or may pass such other order as may seem legal and just in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
