All copies must be examined before issue by a salaried officerNote. - The duty of examining copies should as a rule be entrusted to the Comparing or Examining Clerks or if there arc none in the of{ice, to the Head Clerk or Sarishtadar. The copyists and typists must not be allowed to examine for each other.
