% 06.02.2019 The matter is fixed for 29.03.2019 and is taken up today on CM APPL. 5832/2019 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the stay of the proceedings in case No. 59169/2016 pending before the learned Trial Court at the Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
Initial submissions have been made on behalf of the petitioner. Notice of the petition and the accompanying application be issued to the respondent on taking of steps by the petitioner through all permissible modes, returnable on 29th March, 2019, the date already fixed vide proceedings dated 25.01.2019.
Till the next date of hearing, the proceedings before the learned Trial Court are stayed.
