Section 215(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(1)All apparatus, used as forming part of the equipment in a mine, which contains or produces air, gas or steam at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure shall be so designed, constructed, installed and maintained as to obviate any risk of fire, bursting, explosion or production of noxious gases.
