Section 8(8)(b) in University Grants Commission Regulations On Curbing The Menace Of Ragging In Higher Educational Institutions, 2009.

(b)The Commission shall verify that the institutions strictly comply with the requirement of getting the affidavits from the students and their parents/guardians as envisaged under these Regulations.
