26. [ Repeal and saving. [Amendment Act 2005 (No 13285/Leg. C2/05/Law dated 15.8.2005)]
(1)The Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Ordinance, 2005 (8 of 2005) except section 4 there of is hereby repealed .(2)Not with standing such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this act.]
