Section 171(1) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(1)The administration and expenditure of the Pupils' Fund [in all recognised schools] [Substituted by The Delhi School Education (Amendment) Rules, 1990 (w.e.f. 23.2.1990).] shall vest in the head of the school, who shall be assisted and advised by a committee, to be called the "Pupils' Fund Advisory Committee".
