Section 42(5) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(5)Either at the beginning of the meeting or after the conclusion of the debate on particular item during the meeting, the President or a member may suggest a change in the order of business on the Agenda, and if Council agrees such a change shall be made.
