Section 11(2) in The Durgapur (Development And Control Of Building Operations) Act, 1958
(2)Any person who, without lawful excuse, obstructs the Authority or person or officer, as the case may be, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it or him, under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 9 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
