Section 12(f) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(f)to conduct or cause to be conducted periodical reviews of all schemes of the Government implemented by the Commission and of the schemes approved by the Commission and bring to the notice of the Government, after consideration by the Commission, the findings of such reviews and the plan of corrective action, where necessary;
