Section 44 in Travancore-Cochin Medical Practitioners Act, 1953
44. Prosecution.
- Whenever a council is of the opinion that the prosecution of any person for breaches of any of the provisions of this Act is necessary, such council may, by resolution, recommend to the Government the institution of such prosecution, and the Government may thereupon authorize in writing any officer to initiate such prosecution.
