(3)The [State] [Substituted by A.L.O.] Government may in making any Rule under this Section directed that the breach thereof shall be punishable with fine not exceeding fifty rupees, and in case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding twenty rupees for each day after written notice of the offence from the Magistrate.Repeals
