Copy of judgment to be sent to magistrate. - Where in a case decided by the Court the proceedings of a magistrate were under consideration an additional copy of the judgment shall be sent to the Sessions Judge for being forwarded to the magistrate concerned through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate or District Magistrate, as the case may be.
