(2)If the registered practitioner fails to get his registration renewed within the period provided in sub-section (1), his name, shall thereafter stand removed from the Register :Provided that his name may be re-entered in the Register by the Registrar on payment of such additional fee as may be prescribed within two months after the expiry of the period provided for renewal.]
