Section 38(iii) in National Housing Bank (Officers') Service Regulations, 1997
(iii)The mode and the class by which an officer and his family may avail of Leave Travel Concession shall be the same by which the officer is eligible under Regulation 35(1), and other terms and conditions subject to which the leave travel concession maybe availed of by an officer shall begs decided by the Board from time to time.
