ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Leave to amend.

We have heard learned counsel Mr.Bandish Soparkar for the applicants.

We have also heard Mr. Anshin Desai for the Union of India and other counsel of the Income Tax Department appearing for rest of the respondents.

Applicants original petitioners seek extension of interim relief operating in these petitions during their pendency which was continued upto 30.4.2013 in our judgment dated 28.02.2013/04.03.2013.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that looking to the ensuing Summer Vacation in the Supreme Court, such stay be extended upto 15.7.2013. Interim relief operating in all these petitions shall be continued till 15.7.2013.

All these applications are disposed of accordingly.
