1. This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking early hearing and urgent listing of I.A. 5686 of 2024 filed under Section 36(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as warrants of attachment against HDFC bank account in name of the petitioner have been issued by the executing Court.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice.
3. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the Award is in the nature of a money decree and the respondent must be entitled to enjoy the fruits thereof.
4. In view of the above, subject to the petitioners depositing the principal amount with the Registrar General of this Court within 4 weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned award dated 17.10.2023 shall remain stayed.
5. The respondent is at liberty to withdraw the said amount, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.
6. In the aforesaid terms, the application is disposed of.
