Section 21(4) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(4)When an officer and other employee joins the service of the Authority at any time during a calendar year, his entitlement to casual leave shall be at the rate of one day per month for the period of service remaining in that calendar year.
