Section 41(4) in The Alipurduar University Act, 2018
(4)No person shall be entitled to be enrolled as a voter for, or to cast his vote at, an election to any authority or body of the University from more than one constituency:Provided that this sub-section shall not apply in the case of an election of members of the Court, the Executive Council, the Faculty Councils for Post-graduate Studies, and the Councils for Undergraduate Studies.
