Section 7(e) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
(e)The Contractor desiring enlistment in this class will have to submit the attested photo copy of the latest balance sheet duly prepared by the Chartered Accountant regarding the financial position of the firm. The firm must be financially sound.
