Section 353 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
353. Prohibition of remuneration to Councillors.
- No Councillor shall be granted any remuneration or allowance of any kind whatsoever by the Council except with the previous sanction of the State Government and in accordance with the rules made by the State Government in this behalf.
