Police-officers to give immediate information of certain offences.- It shall be the duty of all police-officers, whether members of the Port Police Force or not, to give immediate information to the Commissioners of any offence committed contrary to the provisions of this Act, or of the Indian Pons Act, 18893 (Act X of 1989) of any bye-laws or rules having the force of law prescribed in accordance therewith.
