1. The matter has been listed for directions pursuant to the judgment dated 12th January, 2023 passed by this Court.
2. It is stated that in paragraph 1 of the aforesaid judgment, the application number of the appellant/applicant has inadvertently been mentioned as Indian Patent Application No.3845/DELNP/2007 instead of Indian Patent Application No.3485/DELNP/2007.
3. Accordingly, the judgment dated 12th January, 2023 is rectified to the extent that the application number in paragraph 1 of the judgment shall be read as Indian Patent Application No.3485/DELNP/2007.
