Section 184(1) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(1)No owner, agent or manager shall store, or knowingly allow any other person to store, within the premises of mine any explosive otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of the rules made under the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884).
