Section 62(1) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements tor constituting the Board, the Executive Council, the Academic Council and other authorities of the University within six months after the date of his appointment or such longer period not exceeding one year as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct.
