Section 213(3) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(3)If the person to whom an order is made under sub-section (1) fails to comply such order, the Commissioner may do whatever may be necessary for giving effect to the order, and any expenses incurred by him in so doing may be recovered by hint from the person in default as an arrear of tax under this Act.
