Section 166 in Goa Prisons Rules, 2006

166. Separation of civil prisoners.

- Every civil prisoner shall be confined in a civil jail or portion of the criminal prison set apart for the purpose, and shall not be allowed to hold communication or be associated with criminal offenders.Note. - A separate room need not be provided for each prisoner individually.
