Section 192(2) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(2)No motor vehicle shall be permitted to be used which is so constructed that any axle hub or hub cap projects laterally more than ten centimetres beyond the rim of the wheel lo which it is attached, unless the hub or hub cap does not project laterally beyond the body or wings of the vehicle or is provided with an adequate guard.
