186. Repeal and savings.
(1)The New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Ordinance, 2006, (West Bengal Ordinance 5 of 2006) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
