Section 8(5)(a) in The Orissa (State) Council for Child Welfare Rules, 1996

(a)Any person contributing at least a sum of Rs.1,000 to the funds of the State Council and having requisite experience in the field of social work covering the areas of maternal and child welfare shall be eligible to apply for life membership of the State Council;
