Section 72(2) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(2)On the date, time and place appointed for the meeting under sub-rule(1), the creditors present shall choose a person to be a Chairman of the meeting.Provided that the Chairman shall not be entitled to vote, if he is not one of he creditors concerned.
