Section 16(1) in The Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)The Registrar shall he a whole time salaried officer of the University and shall discharge his duties under the Act, subject to the general superintendence and control of the Kulpati. He shall act as the Secretary of the Court, of the Executive Council, of the Academic Council and of the Academic Planning and Evaluation Board.
