Section 16(2)(b) in Smoke-Nuisances Act, 1963

(b)the rules made under the Bombay Smoke-nuisances Act, 1912 (Bom. VII of 1912) and in force immediately before the date of the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be the rules made under this Act in relation to the whole State, and shall be in force until superseded by rules made under this Act.
