631. Official Liquidator to have power of a Receiver.
- For the purpose of the discharge by the Official Liquidator of such duties, the Official Liquidator shall for the purpose of acquiring or retraining possession of the property of the company, be in the same position as if he were a Receiver of property appointed by the Court, and the Judge may, on his application, enforce such acquisition or retention accordingly.List of Contributories
