Section 16 in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
16. Authentication of orders and documents of Corporation.
- All permissions, orders, decisions, notice and other documents of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
