Section 5(1) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1983
(1)A member of the Committee constituted under sub-section (3) of Section 11, who is not a member of the Board shall be entitled to such fees and allowances as provided in Rules 5 and 6 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1975.
