Section 74(2) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(2)The Member appointed under sub rule(2) of rule(4) shall be entitled to draw the salary in his respective cadre in regular pay scales along with such other allowances as may be fixed by the State Government from time to time, subject to usual terms of deputation as applicable to him as a Government Servant.
