(b)When the owner is a person or a group of persons (not being a Company or a firm), on the person or the group of persons at the usual or last known place of abode or business of such person or group of persons or by addressing the same in the name of the factory or concern or by addressing the same by designation, e.g. Manager/Proprietor/ Occupier; or
