Section 41(1) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice Chancellor on the recommendation of a Selection Committee constituted for the purpose in such a manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The Controller of Examinations shall be a full-time salaried officer of the University and shall work directly under the control of the Vice Chancellor.
