Section 47(1) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(1)If Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar; proposes its dissolution in accordance with the law governing its constitution or incorporation, it shall give at least three months notice in writing to the State Government.
