Section 102N(1) in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
(1)The expenditure incurred by the Board for meeting the salaries and allowances including contingencies of the Chairperson, members, Secretary, officers and employees serving under or for the Board shall be defrayed out of the Fund of the Board.
