Section 6(d) in U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-Committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulation, 2000
(d)to extend the dates prescribed in the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission, Conduct of Examination and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992 for admission to any affiliated institution if in its opinion there is necessity to do so for filling up vacancies;
