29. Conferment of degrees, diplomas and grant of certificates by University.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the University shall have powers to confer degrees, diplomas and grant certificates, and honorary degrees and other distinctions and titles, as approved by the Board.
