Section 2(g) in Telangana Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
(g)"Company" means any entity incorporated by memorandum of association under the [Companies Act, 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956)] [See the Companies Act, 2013 (Act No.18 of 2013).] or incorporated under any other statute or deemed to be incorporated under the laws of India or the laws of any other country of the World;
