Section 21 in Arunachal Pradesh Forest (Removal of Timber) Regulation Act, 1983

21. Exemption.

- The provisions of this Act shall not apply to removal of timber to a place outside Arunachal Pradesh by or on behalf of the Government under the provisions of the Assam Forest Regulations, 1891.
