Section 328(2)(ii) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948

(ii)to assist any Corporation Officer or servant reasonably demanding his aid for the lawful exercise of any power vested in the Corporation or in any Corporation Officer or servant under this Act or any rule or by-law made thereunder.
