1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits there is some dispute qua claim No.7 and 8. The learned counsel for the decree holder refers to document No.3 attached with the petition wherein the award amount calculated is Rs.4,10,41,505/-.
2. Pending the adjustments, if any, let the above amount be deposited within eight weeks from today with the Registrar General of this Court which shall be converted into an interest bearing FDR, initially for a period of one year, but with automatic renewal clause.
