Section 5(1) in State Bank of India Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 2015
(1)The trustees may appoint any one from their number, who shall be an executive officer of the Bank, to carry on the ordinary business of the Fund including the exercise on behalf of the trustees of every power and discretion vested in the trustees under the regulations 12 to 20 and regulation 31.
